This is not a new concept, but here’s my take on the peanut butter and jelly hamburger. I used a peanut butter with honey (Skippy Natural with Honey), and the cheese I had on hand which was an asiago, parmesan, and Romano mix.

I only had grape jelly but I bet other flavors would be good. The red onion gave a little kick but definitely not necessary.
INGREDIENTS
- 1lb Ground Beef
- Lawry’s Seasoning
- Pepper
- Peanut Butter
- Jelly (grape, strawberry or raspberry)
- Cheese (asiago, parmesan, Dubliner or sharp white cheddar)
- Pretzel Buns
- Red Onion (sliced)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Season your ground beef patties with pepper and Lawry’s Seasoning.
- Cook to temperature and add cheese of choice.
- Toast pretzel buns.
- Layer peanut butter on one side of the bun.
- Layer jelly on one side of the bun.
- Add toppings of choice. I used sliced red onions.
