Ingredients

Ground Chorizo

RotelĀ Mild Diced Tomatoes Original Diced Tomatoes And Green Chilies (2- 10 ounce cans)

Velveeta Cheese (16 ounces)

1/4 cup Milk
-
Cholula Hot Sauce Original
-
Avocado
-
Cilantro
Directions

Turn on slow cooker and set heat to high.

Brown and break ground chorizo apart in a pan over medium heat.

Add both cans of Rotel to slow cooker (do not drain).

Cut up Velveeta Cheese in tiny cubes and add to slow cooker.

Add 1/4 cup of milk to slow cooker and stir.

Stir occasionally until cheese has melted.

Turn slow cooker to low heat.

Once chorizo is fully cooked, drain grease and add to slow cooker.

Stir, cover with lid for at least ten minutes.

Top with a drizzle of hot sauce, cilantro, and avocado.
