Time For Tea Reviews

Yogi Vanilla Spice Perfect Energy

I received a bag a of Yogi Vanilla Spice Perfect Energy from my friend Carolyn during one of our “tea swaps.” The company describes this tea as a perfect energy boost. This is a blend of Green Tea and Assam Black Tea, as well as  Ayurvedic herbs Organic Gotu Kola Leaf and Ashwagandha, flavored with vanilla bean and spices.

My review: Pretty tasty, smells nice, and is a nice coffee alternative. 7 out of 10.

Republic of Tea Blackberry Sage

I received a sample of the Republic of Tea Blackberry Sage in their catalogue. This tea is a blend of black tea, fruit, and herbs. Finest quality tea leaves mingle with sweet, fragrant blackberries and cool, soothing white sage.

My review: It smells really good and I think it is a good evening coffee alternative. 7 out 10.

 Yogi Breathe

My friend Katie loves this stuff. She has severe allergies and I think it really helps her breathe easier. The Yogi Breathe Deep tea promotes healthy lungs with Thyme and Eucalyptus. Warming spices Cinnamon, Cardamom and Ginger, combine with Licorice for a naturally spicy-sweet blend.

My Review: I think a little Splenda would make me like it more. I’m not a fan of licorice so I may not be the best reviewer. 6 out of 10.

Republic of Tea Peppermint Bark

I have reviewed this tea before. But it is so good that it deserves another review. I love The Republic of Tea’s Holiday Tea but this stuff is even better. This is the Peppermint Bark which is a cool winter herb tea made from green rooibos, organic cocoa and peppermint. Unfortunately, it will not be available until September 1st.

My Review: I am not joking when I say this tea is amazing. I used two Splendas. It is caffeine-free which means I can drink it at night as dessert. 10 out of 10.
