To go with the Harry Potter napkins and plates, my mom made these cute owl cupcakes and magic wands. She used Oreos and Reece’s Pieces for the eyes and Reece’s Pieces for the beaks. For the magic wands, she dipped the pretzel sticks in melted white chocolate and multicolored sprinkles.
